  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • If a project is canceled by the client after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If work has begun, the client may be responsible for a prorated payment based on work completed.
  • If Hold The Faith Graphics cancels the project, a full refund of any unearned payments will be issued.
  1. Turnaround Time & Deadlines
  • Estimated completion times will be provided at the start of each project.
  • Delays due to late client responses, incomplete materials, or additional revisions may affect project timelines.
  • Hold The Faith Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, hosting providers, or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
  • Hold The Faith Graphics is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or reputational damage resulting from the use of our designs or websites.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before final use.
  1. Third-Party Services & Hosting
  • If we integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, stock images), clients are subject to those providers’ terms and conditions.
  • Hold The Faith Graphics is not liable for any issues arising from third-party tools, software, or service interruptions.
  1. Confidentiality
  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details without permission.
  • Clients agree not to disclose confidential information about our pricing, business operations, or internal processes.
  1. Termination of Services
  • Hold The Faith Graphics reserves the right to terminate a project or client relationship if:
    • The client fails to make payments.
    • The client engages in disrespectful or unethical behavior.
    • There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication.
